Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer in Ningbo, China. The factory mainly produces inverter, permanent magnet inverter pump, inverter swimming pool pump, photovoltaic inverter deep well pump, inverter circulating pump, inverter submersible pump and water pump controller. The factory has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, and many of the products we produce have passed TUV,CE,ROHS and other certifications.
Q: Can you tell me how to use the pump inverter connected to the float switch?
A: After the inverter is connected to the float switch, the inverter menu can be set. After setting, if it is a drainage system, the high water level works and the low water level stops. In the case of water supply system, it works at low water level and stops at high water level.
Q: Is there MOQ with your product?
A: We are a production factory, if OEM or ODM is not required, we generally have no minimum order quantity requirement. If OEM services needed, the minimum order quantity is 300 PCS for each model in one order. If customization of colors needed, the MOQ is 1000 PCS for each model in one order.
Q: What's your quality control system?

A: Our warranty time is 12 months after shipment, and our after-sales department will respond to your questions in 24hrs, remote instruction by PC network is always available and we provide lifetime maintenance.
Q: Can you provide packing details for this product?
A: For inverters power below 2.2KW, there are 6PCS in a CTN; for 4KW and 7.5KW inverters, there are 4PCS in a CTN
Q: What is lead time of your product?
A: We are factory, our lead time is about 20-45 working days.
Q: How many inverters can be connected online at most?
A: Our inverters can connect 6 devices simultaneously
Q: What is the pressure regulation range of your inverter? What capacity pressure tanks are normally equipped?
A：The frequency converters and variable frequency water pumps we produce have a starting pressure of 0.3bar and a pressure regulation range of 0.5-9bar. Generally, a 5L pressure tank is equipped during the using process. Of course, 8L or 12L pressure tanks can also be configured.
Q: Do you have built-in sensor and five-way inverters?
A: Yes, we produce inverters with built-in sensors and five-way? What's the power and quantity do you need?
Q: Can the frequency inverter you produce be used for deep well pumps? What are the requirements?
A: The frequency inverters we produce can be used for deep well pumps, and the length of the power cable cannot exceed 20 meters. The power of the frequency inverter should be larger than that of the deep well pump.
Q: Can the input frequency of inverter be 50HZ and output frequency be 60HZ?
A: The input frequency and the output frequency are the same, if the input frequency is 50HZ, the output frequency is 50HZ.
