● Q: Can we adjust the starting pressure and stopping pressure of the water pump VFD inverter?

A: Yes, they are adjustable.

● Q: Do you have minimum order quantity for your product?

A: If customers need OEM services , the MOQ is 300 PCS for each model in one order. If you need the customization of colors, the MOQ is 500 PCS for each model in one order.

● Q: Can we ask customization of mold for the VSD inverters ? What’s the cost?

● Q: What is the warranty of those VSD inverters? And what are your after-sales service?

A: The warranty for those VSD inverters is 1 year after delivery, and for any questions, we will reply to you in 24 hours, remote instruction by computer network is always available and the lifetime maintenance is provided.

● Q: Why shall we install a pressure tank for the frequency drive water pump?

A: In order to keep the stopping pressure stable and stop normally, the VFD water pump must equip minimum 2L-24KL pressure tank, generally it is installed on the five-way, the shorter the distance is, the better the effect is; the larger the pressure tank capacity is ,the better the effect is.

● Q: What is the pressure regulation range of those VSD inverters? What size of pressure tanks are normally installed?

The starting pressure and pressure regulation range of those VSD inverters and variable speed water pumps is respectively 0.3bar and 0.5-9bar. Normally, we install a 5L pressure tank during the usage . You can also install 8L or 12L pressure tanks.

● Q: What is the input power and voltage of those VSD inverters?

A: Single-phase AC Power supply or three-phase AC power supply; 110VAC or 220VAC or 380VAC

● Q: What are the pressure tank setting requirements?

Required not less than 2 liters inflatable pressure water tank (Preset pressure=60% of the setting pressure)

● Q: What is the temperature range of this inverter and of the medium?

0~+40℃; Clean water within the temperature range of 0~+100℃

● Q: What is the required pressure when self-starting?

When the factory setting pressure is less than 0.3 bar
