Features of Products

■ The frequency conversion drive water pump combines SPWM and pressure sensing technology, detects actual pressure change in the pipeline and achieves accurate speed control of the water pump.

■ Reduce mechanical stress with soft start and stop and will thus make pump’s service life longer.

■ It can work with current generators even with their temporary loads. Supply voltage range for single-phase controllers operation: 160 - 240V. Voltage range for the operation of three-phase drivers: 300 - 415V.

■ Constant pressure water supply system makes life quality better, and water usage comfortable and enjoyable.

■ Extra pump protection, provides comprehensive protection of the pump, it protects against: - short circuit, - dry running, - overload, - rotor lock, - voltage drop, - phase failure, - over voltage.

■ Water & electricity efficiency: Compared to the traditional water supply method, the variable speed inverter saves up to 60% of energy.

■ It is convenient and easy to check and set actual pressure values with the Led display.

Q: How long do you need to prepare the goods?

A: We need around 20-45 working days.

Q: Do you have built-in sensor and five-way inverters?

A: Yes, we produce inverters with built-in sensors and five-way? What’s the power and quantity do you need?

Q: Are there samples for testing?

A: Samples and transportation costs should be covered by customers. Sample cost can be applied for reduction in the follow-up cooperation. Delivery time of samples is 7 days.

Q: We do not have a registered trademark, can we require OEM production?

A: We are normative company, trademark registration license certificate and OEM production authorization must be provided for OEM production.

Q: If it occurs the over-temperature protection, when will the frequency drive pump be back to work normally?

The frequency drive pump will be back to work normally after the temperature drops below 60℃

What material are the pump body, casing and impeller?

The pump body and impeller are made of stainless steel

What is the difference of the connection for water pump between three-phase input & output and single-phase input and three-phase output inverter?

The connection method is different: Y-connection and △connection respectively.
