Product Introduction

High-power permanent magnet variable frequency pumps are categorized as multi-stage centrifugal pumps, featuring a stainless-steel hydraulic structure with an 8-meter self-priming head. These pumps are suitable for applications such as water tank pumping, well water pumping, and pipeline pressure boosting. Additionally, they can be operated in parallel to form permanent magnet variable frequency pump units, with a maximum capacity of six permanent magnet variable frequency pumps interconnected in a single system. The permanent magnet variable frequency pump effectively prevents the generation of rusty water, ensuring healthy water usage. When water usage stops, the microcomputer control system automatically detects it and controls the motor to decelerate and stop. Intelligent variable frequency constant pressure water supply is highly efficient and energy-saving, meeting the water usage requirements of different customers. It can achieve energy savings of 20-60%.

Maintenance During Operation

  1. The inlet pipe must be completely filled with liquid. Running the pump under cavitation conditions is prohibited.
  2. Periodically check the motor current value. It must not exceed the rated motor current.
  3. After long-term operation, mechanical wear may cause increased noise and vibration in the unit, leakage, or decreased performance. In such cases, stop the pump for inspection.
  4. Replace wear-prone parts (such as bearings, mechanical seals, impellers, etc.) if necessary. The unit warranty period is one year.

Mechanical Seal Maintenance

  1. The lubricant for the mechanical seal should be clean and free of solid particles.
  2. Operating the seal under dry friction conditions is strictly prohibited.
  3. Before starting, manually rotate the pump (motor) mechanical seal to prevent the graphite ring from breaking due to sudden startup.
  4. The allowable leakage tolerance for the mechanical seal is 3 drops per minute; otherwise, it requires inspection and repair.
  5. During inspection and assembly of the mechanical seal, avoid contact with oily substances. Use soapy water or detergent for lubrication and resistance reduction.

Comfortable Pump Selection

Model selection based on the target room, using 7-8 taps as an example: The flow rate of each tap is 0.7m³/h - 0.9m³/h. The internal pressure in the piping is the sum of all cumulative pressures, and pipeline losses must be taken into account. Each elbow is equivalent to 1 m of pressure loss. The pump's best efficiency point + internal pipe pressure - actual pipeline loss = final customer model selection (for a location with 7-8 taps).

Inlet Pipe Installation Precautions

  • If the inlet pipe has no water pressure, the pump must be primed upon initial installation.
  • When installing the pump, do not use overly soft rubber hoses for the inlet pipe to prevent them from collapsing under suction.
  • Install the foot valve vertically and at least 30cm from the bottom of the water to avoid sucking in sediment.
  • All connections in the inlet pipeline must be sealed. Minimize the number of elbows, otherwise the pump may fail to suck water properly.
  • The inlet pipe diameter should be at least the same as the pump inlet diameter to prevent excessive hydraulic loss and impact on output performance.
  • During use, pay attention to the water level drop. The foot valve should not be exposed above the water surface.
  • When the length of the water inlet pipe exceeds 10 meters or the water inlet pipe head exceeds 4 meters, the diameter of the water inlet pipe must be larger than the water inlet pipe diameter of the pump.
  • When installing the pipeline, ensure the pump is not subjected to pipeline stress.
  • In special circumstances, this series of pumps can operate without a foot valve, but a filter must be installed on the inlet pipe to prevent solid particles from entering the pump.
